01General Terms & Introduction

Welcome to Pokerk. These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Pokerk platform and all associated services. By creating an account or using any of our services, you are considered to have read and agreed to these terms.

These terms and conditions have been prepared in accordance with the laws and regulations of Bangladesh. Pokerk reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any such changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

02Account Registration & Eligibility

To register on Pokerk, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. The name, mobile number, and payment details submitted at registration must all belong to the same person.

Registration Terms

• Each individual may hold only one account.
• The mobile number used during registration must be valid and active.
• Opening multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is not permitted.
• Account credentials must not be shared with or transferred to any other person.
• Pokerk may request verification documents when necessary, and members are required to cooperate accordingly.

If an account is opened using false information, Pokerk reserves the right to close it and forfeit all balances without prior notice.

03Age Verification & Restrictions

Pokerk is strictly for users aged 18 and above. This is not optional — it is a legal requirement. Protecting minors from gambling is both our ethical responsibility and a legal obligation.

Pokerk may request a copy of your national ID or other government-issued identification for age verification at any time. Pokerk reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until verification is complete.

04Deposit & Payment Policy

Pokerk currently supports deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The following rules apply to all deposits.

Deposit Rules

• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Depositing through a third party or from someone else's account is strictly prohibited.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT.
• Once a deposit is successful, funds are typically credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.
• If you encounter any issues, contact support with a screenshot of your deposit and the transaction ID.

If a suspicious transaction is detected, Pokerk may place it on hold until verified. Any account suspected of money laundering or fraud will be suspended immediately.

05Withdrawal Policy

There are specific rules that apply to withdrawals on Pokerk. Please follow these guidelines to ensure fast and uninterrupted withdrawals.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirements have been completed.
• Once account verification is complete, processing typically takes between 15 minutes and 24 hours.
• Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.

06Bonus & Promotion Terms

Pokerk regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own terms and conditions. The general bonus policy is outlined below.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer comes with specific wagering requirements that must be met.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per account.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses — such as claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and winnings.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. The expiry date will be stated on the relevant offer page.
• Pokerk reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

07Betting Rules

There are specific rules that apply when placing bets on Pokerk. These rules apply equally to all members.

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Pokerk reserves the right to decline any bet — particularly those involving unusually large amounts.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Pokerk reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Live betting odds change once a match is underway — bets will be settled at the odds confirmed at the time of placement.
• In the event of a match cancellation or postponement, bets will be settled in accordance with Pokerk's policy.

In the event of any betting dispute, Pokerk's decision shall be considered final.

08Prohibited Activities

Pokerk is committed to maintaining a fair and safe betting environment. The activities listed below are strictly prohibited.

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or other benefits.
• Using another person's account or selling your account to a third party.
• Attempting to hack, phish, or carry out any other technical attack on the platform.
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software or bots to place bets.

09Account Closure & Suspension

Pokerk reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under certain circumstances.

• Violations of these terms may result in account closure without prior notice.
• Members may also request account closure at any time.
• An account cannot be reopened while self-exclusion is active.
• If an account is legitimately closed, any remaining balance will be refunded.

10Privacy & Data Protection

Pokerk takes the security of your personal data seriously. We use SSL encryption and the latest security technologies to keep your information safe.

11Responsible Betting Policy
